We hired them to paint the entire interior and 4 exterior doors. 5 non speaking English woman showed up. They masked and then went to work. NO prepping. Painted over spider webs, nail holes etc. They missed a lot of areas Painted only one coat in others. Painted exterior doors shut. Owner came and took pictures of our complaints. No notes. He was also sometimes difficult to get ahold of. We paid our 30% deposit and refused to pay the balance until job was complete. They said they were done and I needed to pay or they would lien the property. A final walk through was never done as they promised. After sending pics they then offered a minimal credit and told me they were too busy to finish the job correctly and to hire someone else. They provided no schedule as we never knew when they would show up. We asked for them to provide someone who speaks English to tell him or her our concerns. Never happened. On their agreement we noticed it states Painters will do the best to their ability, In other words, they are not trained professional painters. I have tons of pics if you need any proof. I found them on this website and feel all the positive reviews have to be fake or done by other painters. Total job was a nightmare. A friend of ours was about to use them for a project until he came and saw the job they did for us. Be careful on their low price you get a lot less than what you pay for.

Miscommunications with the estimator and miscommunications with the painters. Sends final invoice without job completion. Final paint job was lacking a professional look. Wouldn't hire again.

They are very unprofessional and the quality of the work is very poor. Update 11/29/18 They gave me a full refund. I am satisfied with the resolution.

Grear paint job. The only issue with the job was the front office. There was a miscommunication on the painting between the front office and painters which the manager stepped up and solved. The value was great but expect it to take a day longer than estimated if your job requires a lot of prep work. I am very satisfied with the end results.
