Painter Bros of Scottsdale

There was a 3 day delay from the supposed date for work on our kitchen cabinets for a stain match. I thought the work to be average. The estimate did not match the work performed. I am hoping that they will make an adjustment. But after a week of waiting, I am not sure anything is going to change.

I’ve used them twice now for painting in my home. They are quick to respond with an estimate, and in scheduling and completing the projects. Zach was great to work with. When we did the final walk-throughs, any spots that needed attention were quickly resolved. They are great with clean-up as well.

They were professional, on time.

they were knowledgeable about the problem with the prior paint job . they presented their solution I went with it. If it works great, but the problem could occur again. So I am hoping it works. They did a good job and I am happy with it.

Painter took his time. We noticed many missed spots and he came back and redid them to our satisfaction. Left two messages about final payment and finally got a wrap up call. May have been delay or lack of response because of the holidays. All in all the work was priced right but was a little disappointed as only one guy showed up and it probably took two days longed than normal with a crew.

This project wasn't done correctly at first and took several months to complete. They left contents from the drawers and cabinets all over our kitchen and dining room. The doors were not hung back up evenly. Once the boss got involved things went much better.

Making use of subcontractors which wasn't told to us. Subcontractor didn't know paint color, lots of paint dust on items and overspray. Didn't cover properly due to issue between subcontractor and Painter Bros.

Did a great job!!! Honest!!!!. Josh the painter kept in good communication with me.
