Painter Bros of Scottsdale

I was so pleased with this company s work. Showed on time, covered everything and cleaned up after they were finished. They completed our job in one day too . I would recommend them highly.

I was disappointed that the contractor wasn't able to make it and sent a painter that was sloppy and got paint on my new cabinets and he did not speak English. He brought a young boy with him to translate and he did not follow directions from the person I met with. I had to have the person I spoke with come and clean up the problem areas. The contractor did come out and fix the problems to my satisfaction the following week.

It took a week but that was because we were there and also had to move things occasionally to get out of room he needed to work in. Also we had wallpaper to take out which was a long job. He did some. Then because it was $45 an hour to remove my daughter and I finished.

They did a quick turn around job for me efficiently, for the price they quoted, and my living room looked perfect for my open house. I received three offers in one morning! Great job painter bros!

While I was hesitant in writing a negative review because the painter was very nice, the job was less than professional. The paint was flicked everywhere it should not have been, including on doors, mirrors, trim, as well as all over the mattress pad on my bed. He also was supposed to come back the next day to finish up but did not because he was fixing another job that another painter had messed. I can not imagine sending that guy to fix a job someone else had messed up after seeing the crappy job he did on my room. We spent a good bit of time cleaning paint off of what we could after he left. I am very disappointed.

It was very easy to get an estimate and then get the painting scheduled; it was all done within a week. After the painter finished and had left, we noticed a number of places that needed touching up. We had to call back and this time it took 2 weeks to get scheduled. The second visit, the painter arrived well before he was scheduled to and we never got a phone call to tell us that he was on his way. Those are small things, but they are still things. On the whole, we were generally happy with Painter Bros.

Work was completed as promised.
