the 2 guys that painted my kitchen and 2 bathrooms were very sloppy, after they finished my floors had paint on them, they didn't even bother to clean the mess,I seen a lot of mistakes they made, but I wanted them gone so I didn't make them do it over. and oh watch out because they clean the paint brushes outside and they ruined my landscaping edging it used to be a pretty brown color, I don't know if I could get the white paint off it now, just a lot of problems with customer service also, I can go on and on, if you hire this company they want a down payment which is non refundable, I tried to cancel because of the bad customer service and they said my down payment is not refundable so I went ahead and let them do the job, I didn't want to lose $500

Customer service wasnt great and there was no communication between the workers and the company. I was quoted an additional color would be no more $60, than $100 & on the final day of service, they tried to charge $140. When it came to length or project, estimate was 2 to 3. Workers told me 4 to 5. Once the project was done, I allowed them to put all the paper and plastic in my garage since I was told someone would be by to pick it up. I called them a week later. 3 wks later, im finally get the last of it in my garbage can.

Great company to work with. Customer service was always checking in to make sure things were going smoothly. If I needed someone to come back out to fix something, they made sure someone came out. Good quality of paint and good quality of work! Thanks painter Bros!
Customer Service was poor. After initial consult, quote and 30% down, never heard from Zach again, even after multiple attempts. Had to call Painter Bros and remind them of their start date. Actually had to point out a few missed spots during final walk around. Actual Painter & wife, sister were very hard workers.
They did not show up for our first appointment and did not call to tell us that they were not coming. We had the next appointment and they showed up a day early. Luckily I was home and they were able to do the work. The painting was good, but they did not replace the weather stripping on the doors Good quality of work, but very poor communication.
The customer service was very bad. But the work was good. It took me an entire month to get them to come out here and they didn't finish the job.
