The paint job had to be redone. Once the owner was aware that I was not satisfied with the original painting job he had a crew come back and fix all the issues I had. It is good to know that he stands behind the quality of the work and will make it right.

Kathy, I just wanted to take a minute to respond to this review. It sounds like there were some areas left undone when the painters left your house. I know that since then we have been back and have fixed the areas that needed fixing, and that our project manager Kiel has been in contact with you regularly to ensure you had a good finished product. I Hope that our follow through has offset the original unhappy experience.

They had 3 or 4 painters there for one door and I had to call them back to redo several areas. Nevertheless, the door looks good.

We had some difficult issues with quality of work and customer service. But I appreciate that in the end we were able to communicate with someone who was extremely helpful and desirous to address our concerns. The room is painted, it looks nice, and I feel that we were eventually treated fairly.
