"Tom was a great guy and took care of a lot of plumbing issues that had been piling up at our 26 year old house. Replaced the broken kitchen faucet and the broken water supply valves, replaced the dripping tub faucet, found the source of a water leak and replaced the cracked tub drain pipe, replaced a toilet wax seal and re-anchored the toilet and replaced leaking parts, replaced old water supply valves in bathroom, replaced leaking tank-to-toilet seal on an upstairs toilet.
