Absolutely unacceptable experience with Ned?s Pest Control. I had squirrels get into my home through a vent. I personally removed three of them, but I wasn?t confident there weren?t more inside, which is exactly why I hired a professional to actually inspect and confirm. The technician showed up completely unprepared?no tools, no camera, nothing. After just listening to my explanation, he concluded there were no more squirrels without performing any real inspection. No attempt to check inside the vent, no verification, nothing. He then went up to the roof for a quick look, and I had to provide and carry the ladder myself. That was the extent of the ?service.? Later that day I got a bill of $300 for essentially zero work and zero value. Even worse, the final report simply stated that the ?owner believes the squirrels have been removed,?. Highly unprofessional, overpriced, and completely not worth it. I will not use this company again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere

I requested gutter cleaning initially, and then they found my gutter should be repaired. The installation is good and professional. Fast response is the highlight for the project

The Ned Stevens team were super! Came within a week, their crew was quick to set up and did a great job cleaning out our gutters and downspout. They left no debris around and cleaned up once they were done. Highly recommend and Iâ ll be using them again in the future!!

Showed up on time, very courteous, efficient, fast and knowledgeable working like beavers. Did a FABULOUS job; cleaned up everything taking all the debris away with them. Also inspected remainder of house with recommendations. Reattached a section of gutter. Not only cleaned the stuff out of gutters but used a leaf blower to get EVERYTHING and then flushed out with water hose.. I would give MORE than five stars if I could. When speaking on phone the rep informed me of their other services and specials but were not pushy; great to deal with. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ned Stevens!!!! SUPER, SUPER, SUPER!!!!
