Ned Stevens is utterly disreputable. The crews they send are bad actors. You do not want them on your property. I had used Ned Stevens several times, and they deteriorated steadily. Whenever they clean gutters they always make up some complaint that requires an expensive repair. The last time I used them they broke one end of the gutter away from the roof. Nobody was home at the time. The crew **accidentally** forgot to report it to the office, and they certainly did not tell me. I did not notice it until a heavy rain flooded the basement because the water fell straight down the wall. The gutter was loose and the down pipe was detached from the wall. When I complained, Ned Stevens was nasty and arrogant, refusing to make any restitution.
