Very professional and saftey minded. Explained the aspects of the job and what to expect. foreman said in two to three weeks the moss would wash off in the rain, well three days later the moss was a light tan and washed off in the rain. After treatment the rof now looks like it was just installed .

Scheduler could not give a day for the work, just "within a week". An unreasonable disposal charge added to the job after workman arrived. Crew was OK, but spoke marginal English for communication. Customer cancelled the work.
