Gave a reasonable price. They said they would do the job within 24-48 hrs and made me pay upfront, then raised price and said they didnt have manpower to do job. I called several times and they gave me the run around. I wasted an hour on the phone. They hung up on me. Manager in Texas thought it was local.

Cleaned stopped up gutters. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly. They were professional and fast, so much so, I hired them to clean my vinyl siding.

Ned Stevens showed up 1 week early without announcing. This presents a problem because I have dogs in a fenced yard. The gutter in front was damaged placing it on the house and the dent is CLEARLY visible from the ground. The joint looks worse than what was replaced. That's the good. The bad is that the laborers that came out REFUSED to place the gutters in the same location as it might leak into the basement. I explained it has been that way since I moving here in 2002. Since 2 downspouts emptied into the area, they were both routed on different sides of the house. Ned Stevens decided, without my permission OR consent, re-routed the downspouts to a different side of the house. During the original install date, they were unable to complete because a â "part" was not on the truck. Ned Stevens came back, again unannounced, placing this 1950's looking device on my home which collected both downspouts and moved the downspout to a location it was not located before nor with my consent. Several calls to Ned Stevens and I still cannot get someone out to my home so I can show them all the DEFECTS in the install. I had two other companies come out, asking them to look over the gutter system and tell me what the problems are. BOTH companies documented the EXACT same problems and have provided estimates of $500 to $540 to fix. To date, Ned Stevens has REFUSED to speak with me personally, missing a 9:00 AM appointment on 8/18/2018 Although they stated they came out at 9:27 while I was mowing the lawn (but they failed to see the old fat man pushing a mower in the back yard).

Arrived on time. Were very professional Cleaned up all the debris that was removed from the gutters. Put back in place any items that needed to be moved

They charged my account 1.5 weeks before even doing the job. I called them to make sure they intended to come. My ratings are low because this wasn't a big deal job. My top downspout was blocked with debris and I needed someone to clean it out. The two men they sent were fine, and I would rate them with 5 stars. The business itself I found to be a little off-putting. I felt they should have told me when I phoned them to make the appointment that they would charge me upfront, before the job was even started.

Service men showed up and offered other services for cash. Soon as I declined they were ready to leave Claimed my gutters were too clogged. Waste of good money. Treated terribly by customer service.
