Had trouble getting them to schedule me. They would tell me **2 days** and never show up. Then two days, the next week, they finally showed up. Never contacted me when they were coming. My gutters were dirty, and they threw gutter contents in yard and on pants and did not clean up. I called them, and they said they would come back and clean up, but they never did. Alos, when I first contacted I told them I had one leak in a right angle joint over the back patio, and they said they would take care of it. When they came I told them about the mess and said they would look at after cleaning. After cleaning, then did not fix the leak and I contacted Ned back, and he said that fixing the leak was not included and it would cost an additional $150 If I wanted that one leak fixed; I declined.
