I want to start by saying I DO NOT recommend this company at all. My gutters weren't properly draining with the recent storms in the area which is why I hired Ned Stevens. They were very prompt about coming out which was the only positive part of this experience. I asked for them to give me a call before arriving and was told that they do not do that because the work is all done outside of the house. Of course when they showed up, I was woke up by people stomping around on my roof which scared the heck out of me and our windows were open as well which I do not appreciate for my wife's sake. A simple phone call when they are on the way is a very easy task. They were maybe there for a total of 15 minutes which felt rather short to me. I went out to check and sure enough all they had done was clean the gutters, they did not wash out the drain spouts and gutters with water which I was told was a part of the service. There was no water to be found anywhere on a dry day. They also left one of their door cards on the windshield of our vehicle which left sticker residue on the windshield and had to be scraped off with a razor blade. I call them up and they give me excuses about how if there was no water spigot available they would not do it. They also said that they must have used air to clean out the system but when they came back to clean it, they of course found debris they said. However, when I went to check the work the 2nd time, my hose spigot was never touched (I marked it to check) The hose was still connected and when I confronted them again they said they must have used my hose. Funny how it was in the same exact place I had it and untouched. More excuses on the phone with customer service saying that my water pressure must have been low. (my family are plumbers so there is no issue with water pressure). Water is still not flowing through my down spouts properly and will have to rehire another company to come do the job properly. DO NOT hire them, it is a waste of time. Read the other reviews of customers saying the same thing about their downspouts not being cleaned out.

Workers were awesome, worked like a well oiled machine. Pulled in and got right to work. Through, fast, and cleaned up too! Iâd definitely use them again.

The foreman did a great job cleaning the gutters and while cleaning the gutters noted that some repairs were needed. After Saturday’s rain, the gutters are working properly and water is not settling in one area.

Workers were doing their job. It seemed messy. Water was running everywhere. Debris from the gutter tossed to the ground. However, they did marvelous job cleaning it up afterwards.
