Only thing I would recommend is letting the homeowner know when the services will be performed. I was told it would be a week to ten days depending on weather. There was a note left on my door but no waste was left behind so it was difficult to know if the services were really completed. It was mentioned to me that the waste would be left in a bag for disposal which is why I expected to find that after the service was performed. Fortunately there were torrential downpours that week and it was clear that the gutters had been cleaned and cleaned well. Overall very satisfied and would use again!

They came and were done in 4 hours and now we are happy our gutters are practically maintenance free with all the tress we have.

The strangest thing happened. The workers from Ned Stevens arrived, not on the scheduled day. They did a terrible job, my gutters still have little trees in them. My husband called the main office to complain and they denied even being at our home! Was there a mix up? Did the cleaners leave and not finish the job? We have no idea.
