Made me wait 2 weeks, when they came out they left me a message they couldn t do the job because of ladder positioning. Whatever that means but it s a crock! These gutters are cleaned every year and I ve also done them myself. I ve since hired a LOCAL company, they were there the next day and they did a great job. Beware when hiring Ned Stevens to clean your gutters.

They required credit card info before they would give me a cost estimate. I waited 2 1/2 weeks until their representative appeared. I received no estimate, I signed no contract, they claimed to have cleaned my gutters, which they had not done. They proceded to charge my credit card $371 for no work having been done. They told me that their workmen had produced bags of refused claimed to have been removed from my gutters which is impossible because as their representative arrived at my house, another company was just completing gutter total replacement. Ned Stevens attempted to justify their charge claiming that their representative had taken pictures of my roof, indicating tile replace ment was needed. Nice, but they were asked to make an estimate on the cost of having my gutters cleaned, having nothing to do with roof tiles. I found this company to be a total scam and I want my money returned to me.

did a nice job. cleared and then flushed the gutters clear and cleaned up leaves. very fair price compared to others.

The first trip the service was poor. The came back and did an excellent job. I would hire them to install the gutter I need but only if the same people who did the second cleaning came out. I would like to keep that same crew. I was told they cannot so I am looking for another company,

This company was efficient and worked on one of the coldest days. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. I will use them again in the future
