The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Frank the owner came out to assess for installation of a chimney liner (crumbling terra cotta) and he noticed the condition of our oil burner (which we were planning to replace due to significant rusting as soon as we could).
