The Ned Stevens Gutter crew were great! They got the job done quickly (my gutters were very clogged),cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. The job foreman took time with me to answer questions, so polite, as well as stopped to do a little extra cleanup. I will continue to use them for the gutter service. They offer window & dryer vent cleaning. Believe I will try another service as I was so pleased with this outcome.

I hired them Dec 6th. They said would come out and bill me after work done. They called twice before Dec 20th to say still backed up and will get to me. Dec 30th - Still haven't been out. While I understand bad weather delays, weather has been unseasonably mild this month. Terribly disappointed. Unreliability from vendor of this size is inexcusable.

Received a phone call few minutes after I requested online for a roof gutter cleaner last December 7, 2018, Friday. I was impressed initially. Ned Stevens took all my credit card information even the security code. I inquired if they can come in the following day which was Saturday, December 8, 2018. He said they can't come in that Saturday but stated they'll come by next week depending on the weather (btw, weather was perfect the following week. It's already December 29, 2018 I haven't received any phone call from Ned Stevens. I didn't call them back coz I'm sick and tired of calling this kind of businessmen to remind them of their responsibility from their clients. Just one phone call to let me know what's going on...Nothing!. P.S. if there's a ZERO rating I will rate this Ned Stevens as ZERO.
