my gutters were cleaned so I can't actually view the work but there has been a heavy rain since and I no longer have a "waterfall" running on my front porch. a card tag was left as promised with no indication of a problem at cleaning site. I will hire again.

The workers arrived on time and completed the task very quickly. Did a good job. Biggest complaint is they bagged the debris, but just left it on the curb rather than taking it away (trash came the day before, so I really didn't want this sitting on the street for 6 days). Customer Service/Sales is why I will never use these people again. I talk to them and ask for a quote.....their quote is a bit high and I say I'll get back to them. They immediately come down. So, job is done and they leave a note to call (now, the workers knew I was home, so not sure about the note). Of course it is them trying to pitch something else. I decline. They say would you like to schedule your next cleaning. Sure. Oh, well, the price we gave you is going to go up 66%. Your roof is too steep (I have a 1 story house). I say no its not. Not going to pay that. Instantly, price comes down (though not enough). I tell them not using them.

Did not indicate when they would be coming, showed up at 7a.m on Father's Day without warning. Broke the washer ring on the hose. Down spouts were not fully cleaned out. Crummy job. Bad experience.
