When I called and asked about gutter cleaning, the cheerful woman said they would come 4 times a year for $950, and she could get me signed up right away on this Platinum Plan. Then she stopped and waited. After a pause I said **If that is your Platinum Plan, might I also assume that you have a gold and a silver plan?** There was embarrassed laughter, and she admitted that they did and told me about them. Had I not asked, it was clear she would not have told me this. So they tried to run a hustle on me right off the bat - I find that dishonest. I signed up for Silver Plan = twice a year cleaning. They have been here and indeed the gutters are clean. However, they bundled all of the biodegradable leaves into thick plastic bags and put them out by the curb for garbage pickup - basically embalming the leaves for thousands of years at a time when plastic has become a global crisis. At the same time they offer **eco-friendly** window washing. Why bother? The plastic is far more damaging! Again, I feel they are dishonestly representing themselves as environmentally friendly when they are not. Dishonest. They also worked on upselling me other services. Next time I will hire a local handy man.
