After the service people arrived I received a call from customer service (MM initials) saying they misquoted the service agreement and they are increasing the price $400 over the $1400 I prepaid. I asked what is different and he could not answer the question. He agreed to do this job as quoted, I agreed and told him to cancel the contract as I do not do business with companies like that. It took less than one hour for the service guys to do the job.

They did a good job cleaning the gutters and left the materials bagged at the curb. One of the only companies that will still come out to clean without trying to sell you a gutter guard system first. They left a card saying they found a few problems. We had to call customer service to get the outcome. The rep was vague and then told us to get all new gutters. The 4 is for the vagueness and having to call the call center. They could have left some information on the report.

Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion.
