Trenton and Christian were very professional, kept me posted about the delay on the previous project. Arrived at 2:30 pm and left at 6:30 pm after the job was complete to my satisfaction. On arrival, Trenton confirmed the scope and extent of the work they were ready to embark on. He explained in detail the process patiently and answered all my concerns and questions. My presence did not bother them at all as they were busy engaged in a very methodical prep work and cleaning the joints before engaging in the process of lifting the driveway. The hole drilled to accomplish the injection of the polyurethane is less than 3/8" and is not noticeable at all after completion. This was my first experience as I slowly saw the polyurethane lift the concrete driveway to the level of the other existing slab. After the driveway was lifted, the joints were caulked properly in some instances with backer rod to support the caulk. Finally the clean up, all debris was removed and the driveway was cleaned with a blower. All in all very satisfied with the effort. A+++ for Trenton and Christian.

Trenton and Christian were the techs on my job. Friendly, informative and well trained. First they investigated the concrete that needed to be lifted. we talked about it for a bit then they started in on the job. Before you knew it the job was finished. The area was cleaned up with the equipment too. The job was well done.

After obtaining MANY quotes from other companies I used Foundation Recovery Systems for a very challenging foundation repair job on a home that is 121 years old. Brad was very patient during the quoting and planning process as I asked many questions and requested clarification several times to insure I understood the process. James and his crew were very thorough, efficient and considerate of both me and my property. James explained every process from beginning to end and completed the job in the allotted timeframe. I wrote a review about 3 months ago. Communication is better. They do communicate with me. Some of the communication needs to be improved within their company. Foundation Recovery System (FRS) is doing a great job of coming back to fix items that were not handled properly. Their workers are great. Unfortunately, I do not recall the worker who rewaxed and reconnected the anchor. I feel like they did a good job. I need a good rain to see if there are any new leaks. Willie, Daylon, and Cously did a great job of tiling, reseeding, and strawing the dirt work. They were professional and polite. They worked with me with this. Ryan is working hard to correct the issues we had with this job. The work crews have been good despite being short handed and rushed. FRS is backing up their work, ie guaranteeing and warrantying. That has impressed me the most. They do not treat me like only a customer until they are paid... They want to give me a good experience and feel assured they did a good job and the work done should last a long time.
