Very professional and much cheaper than some high end foundation companies. Representative went out of his way to assist my mother and that sold me not only on this project, but will use them for any future endeavors. Highly recommend.

After posting this review FRS scheduled a date and time to come out and complete the dirt work. However, when doing this they did NOT call us to schedule. They just scheduled it. I emailed Breanna back as asked, but never was contacted by her. They agreed to pay to have the carpet re-stretched and cleaned. But when we had someone come out to give us a quote, they refused to work with the carpet we had. It was ruined. So we have to replace the carpet in all 3 rooms. Still, would most definitely NOT recommend Foundation Recovery Systems.

It s scary dealing with a failing foundation. They made the repair process much easier to deal with. The foreman Mike did a good job of communicating and getting the work done before storms came. They aren t the cheapest but they were the most thorough of all bids I got. To me that is the most important thing as you don t want to have this work done twice.

Truly, the only one that you should do your repair! I had prior unsatisfactory work done by other so-called experts here in Kansas City redone by this company. Now, instead of worrying about water getting in whenever rain is forecast, we have peace of mind. Really, this is the only company that got it right!
