The group that did the work did a good job -I was most impressed with cleanup! We would want the same group to do any foundation work that we should need! I don't usually give five stars, but they really deserved it!

Very disappointed in their work! Called after the first year with a $90 special inspection of their work and then tried to sell me more. When i didn't agree to doing more which should have been brought to my attention the first time, never heard from the company again.

The wall work went as planned. We had everything ready, and there were no obstructions to processing the job. The outside drain system that we paid for was not installed. Grading was done accordingly for new fill. Apparently, as found out later, one pre existing drain system was broke off. We were not informed and this drain was filled up with packed dirt and the pipe 'stuck' back in the ground. We waited 4 months for the finish grading to be done due to significant rains. When the cleanup grading was done, it was very incorrect and the workers were told to correct it that day. They claimed they had a Bobcat coming to correct their work, however, it never showed up, nor did they correct their work. We sent emails with pictures to the manager in charge (Jeffrey), who agreed the grading was improper and he would be coming to fix it on April 28th. He was a no show/no call. Some minimal rain occurred on April 29th, and we had flooding through our window, due to the improper grading and plugged drain system described above, damaging a brand new finished build out in the basement ($15k), plus a significant amount of electronic equipment. Jeremy came out the following Monday, said it was our problem, not theirs. They have continually refused to take responsibility for poor workmanship. Jeremy claims that the amount of rain on April 29th, was far more than had ever happened in 55 years, and the flooding was not their problem, but that we now needed to add more product, not considering the drainage product that they never installed. Since we have regraded, there has been more rainfall at once, and consistently than that day, with zero water in our window well. We have since hired Bobcats to properly regrade our yard to the condition that it was in prior to the improper work done by FRS.

The crew was very polite and left our home much earlier than was estimated. This turned out to be because they only installed 65 feet of floor joists instead of 65 actual floor joists, so the work was not actually completed. This ended up being due to the contract being confusing, and was evidently the responsibility of the design specialist and not the actual crew. We paid a lot of money and are still waiting for the work to be completed. I am GREATLY hoping that I can update this review and leave a more positive review. But right now, we are GREATLY STRESSED!! I do not have time to add pictures right now, but we have many. There are 41 floor joists missing.
