Started out sketchy, project was to start September 1 & 2 but no one showed up until I called them to ask where were they, and unfortunately due to COVID 19, the crew was out sick with virus. They rescheduled for Sept 7 & 8 and they arrived when stated and did a great job! They guaranteed waterproofing for life time; no water coming into my basement. Very pleased with the service.

From the start there was clear and frequent communication. Every time commitment was met. Staff in office were friendly and helpful. Project manager and crew leader were professional and had good attention to detail. I would use them again if the need arose.

Poor time management. Poor communication. Poor overall rating. Read about the company on the BBB website. The unresolved complaints listed there are true. I wish I had read it BEFORE I hired them. The job is done now, I am thankful for that, but the company needs to do some serious work on their customer interactions, communications, documentation, and timeliness.
