After calling Zach Bahner, Certified Inspector for Foundation Recovery Systems to come for an inspection, he came to our home to inspect an area of concern that needed attention. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection and explained to us about the company and what would be done to correct our problem. Zach was genuine and honest about the information he gave us and he demonstrated excellent customer service skills. We signed up for the job because of his ability to communicate all aspects of the process and his ability to build trust and confidence in what we needed to do. I greatly appreciate Zach Bahner and his outstanding customer service abilities.

At my first yearly review of my crawl space, dehumidifier and sump pump (included in the installation agreement), I received service above and beyond from Nick Gunther. He walked me through his inspection and answered my questions. I also had an issue with a vehicle in his way and he assisted with that as well. Nick was very pleasant and made a potential situation less stressful. Thank you so much.

Brandon, Mike and Dustin was professional and the team worked hard and left the area clean. They were done on time, in spite of taking on an additional project for us. Ryan, the field inspector, was very helpful, not only during the initial inspection, but also answering questions about the project after it was scheduled.
