The salesman said it would be installed in a certain area, the installation crew disagreed and installed where they thought best. Bottom line, it did not fix the problem I have with water coming in to my basement.

They promised that after the work was completed my floor would be level, but it is not. Also, they completely destroyed the heating vent in my dining room.

I am very impressed with Foundation Recovery Systems! I found them through Home Advisors, and was contacted by them within 30 seconds of my request for contact. I got an appointment with 24 hours, and the business development person, Curtis Folkes, was very knowledgeable and instructive. He inspected my basement, measured, and provided a full proposal within about an hour & 1/2 which was awesome. I had done research before the appointment, and the price for the work being done was very fair, so I am super pleased with the process. Thanks to Curtis for a great experience.
