The crew came in and did their work in a timely fashion. They worked hard, no sitting around, they finished up with 7 piers, cleaned up and were on their way in less than 3 days.

Great experience getting evaluation and bid. Very professional and informative about the work to be done. Contract was signed and down payment made. Move forward to work: Two men started drilling holes all over my patio to fill and raise. Immediately small cracks appeared, they stopped moved to another area continued same cracks, moved ect. Cut house flashing away exposing raw material to avoid breaking the siding, multi small cracks in the concrete they decided they couldn’t do any more. Leaving well over half the job incomplete. Agreed with their decision due to further damage. Was told it probably would save us money by doing less work. Contrary, it was well over contract amount as originally told. Explained to me by office that contact changed due to work done, calculated by material and labor??? So less work, material, damage, and unresolved finished cost more. And because work wasn’t as contract stated, warranty void. Be aware!

They were fast and efficient in all areas of their work. They communicated very well with us and kept us up to date on their progress. They set up the area to keep it as clean as possible and then cleaned up everything when they were finished. I was very satisfied with all aspects of their work, especially the end result.
