What they did for me was to raise and level my floors and install a floor joist where there had never been one. My home is 114 years old and has been neglected. After the initial work was done, I wasn't "happy" and had questions about how and why things were done, within 24 hours of voicing my concerns Tony, Ryan and Chris were at my front door. They explained the changes and showed me a problem I still had but will be solved when I have my new flooring installed. 2 day later Chris and his crew (I wasn't home, so I am not sure who all came with him). came out and resolved my concerns and went beyond what I expected them to do.

We moved into our house at the beginning of this year and had a couple of quotes for foundation repair. We felt extremely comfortable with Kyle Dawson and decided to use foundation recovery systems and Kyle beat the competitors price. He was very upbeat, knowledgeable and prompt in always responding back to us throughout the whole process. Kyle is also in school to become an engineer which shows he loves his job! The job began two weeks after we signed the contract. Jill Tremain contacted us before the work was done to let us know when the start date would be and if we had any questions, and after it was complete to make sure that we were completely satisfied. The team that came out included Jeremy Raby, William Oliphant, and Dusty Beasley. They were all extremely knowledgeable and very confident in their abilities, and this showed with the work they completed. They started by digging in the corner and found that the structure was not monolithic but rather three-part, which, they gave us the option at NO additional charge to dig up the concrete along the whole wall and put a drain in and then cover it up so we would not see it versus putting drainage system on top which is what we had originally planned. These guys worked very hard for three days, and all had an excellent attitude! They put up plastic barriers so that all of our covered furniture would not get too much dust on them, and made sure that our air handler was off so that we did not breathe in the dust. There was a hairline crack that opened up a little bit during the process and they were not hesitant to seal it right up for us when they were done. They even mopped the floor for us! They called every morning before heading out and let us know when they were leaving. Thank you FRS team for all of your hard work and dedication to making our home look and feel solid! David was the inspector for my home. He is professional and continually answered my questions. Brett and his crew lifted my foundation and got the job completed with supports and lift. Darrell and another young man drilled into the floor and input the poly foam. They were very clean and explanatory.

Wayne and Jake were amazing. They communicated when they would arrive and updated me as the appointment got closer. They walked me through what they were doing and why. They left my basement cleaner then when they arrived. Great work!

From the initial estimate this company is awesome. Derrick, Jacob and Austin were all so professional and explained it all and were just a group of very courteous great guys.
