Foundation Recovery Systems did an amazing job for us! There was excellent communication with the company from the beginning. We contacted them on-line and received a return call from Jill the very next morning to set up an appointment with their representative, Rick Buxton. Jill sent an email confirming the date and time of the appointment. Mr. Buxton was punctual, knowledgeable, polite and informative. He did a lot of teaching, explaining what had happened to the house and surrounding soil and what would be done to repair it. All of our questions were answered. Rick measured, took photos, and provided us with a detailed drawing of the work to be done. Within the next week, a phone call was received to set up a date for the work to be done. We received a packet of information in the mail, which contained copies of our contract and company contact information. In the week prior to our work being done, we received a reminder phone call that the crew would be here at 9:00 am on the decided date and that everything needed to be removed from that area. The crew phoned us when they were on the way. Upon arrival, Mr. Danny Bowden introduced himself and his crew, asked if we had any questions, reviewed the plan with us and began work. The work was completed and all clean-up was done within the one day. No mess was left for us. All questions were answered. We are so pleased with the work done!

It was horrible.  They didn’t do what they said they would do.  They left all the dirt, rocks, and old clay tile in my front yard.  They didn’t jack the house up when they moved the foundation.  The joist didn’t have anything under it. They kinked the water pipe and broke the valve that was on the street.

Darrell Wooten and Foundation Recovery Systems did an outstanding job on my project.  I had standing water in my crawl space.  Darrell was professional, courteous, prompt and reliable in all our dealings.  He came quickly to look at the job and provide an estimate.  He clearly explained how to remedy the problem.  He was far more experienced and professional than the other contractors I had bid the job, and I was very comfortable and confident in selecting FRS to do the job.  I was not sorry I did.  Darrell has remained in contact with me throughout the process, providing updates and even advising me on other water and drainage issues that may have been contributing to the problem (gutters, etc.).  He was trustworthy and honest.  His crew was prompt and efficient.  They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it.  I highly recommend them.
