I noticed a 20 feet tall dead tree broken in the strong wind of this week Saturday morning. The truncated trunk leaned against my neighbor's tree across the fence over their gate. It could fall down anytime and potentially hurt some one. I called my former tree company and left a message. I also contacted HomeAdvisor requesting emergency service and chose this company based on other people's review. Richard Soto answered my call and they showed up in 30 minutes to inspect my yard. When I got home 4:30 Saturday afternoon, their workers have removed the dead tree to the ground, they were cleaning the sites. I felt safe and very happy with their prompt work. They are efficient, experienced and polite. They charge a fair price for a very nice work. I recommend them.

I made the estimate appointment on HomeAdvisor and Abel showed up on time. I received a written estimate below what I expected. I made estimate appointments with other tree care companies and they never showed up. So, I called Abel and his crew showed up the next day. They waited for me to come home and were very professional and attentive to my requests and we were really picky about what we wanted with a very difficult bush that you could not trim to short. When they were done, I wrote the check for what was on the estimate. No hidden fees or extra costs. If you want to pay by credit card, they will charge you $3 for every hundred bucks.

The owner was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He saw a challenge with our project and he gave very reasonable for job. The crew and the supervisor were very helpful, polite and patient with our concerns and offered suggestions to ease our worries. At the end of the job, we were VERY HAPPY and gave our neighbors their contact info.
