They did not take much care in cutting down our palm tree. Broke our sprinkler and when I contacted them about it, they said they would get back to me and I have not heard back from them.

Had a great experience with Discount Tree Care Arborist. It was the first time I ever hired a tree service myself so I didnâ t know what to expect. When they came out for an estimate, they were very respectful and knowledgeable. I was worried it would be more expensive than I could afford but, Abel gave a great price that I thought was more than fair. He also gave great advice on other trees around our house without trying to push me to get more work done. You could tell he really likes what he does and I saw that reflected in his guys and the work. I had a California Pepper tree that was very tall and a Jacaranda tree that was positioned dangerously near a fence. They made quick safe work of both. Trimmed the Pepper tree and took the Jacaranda all the way to the ground. We also had a small palm in the front yard that was overgrown and not pretty to look at. Once the guys were done with it, it looked like an exotic piece of art, truly. They were overall very fast and very professional. Aside from the great work they did on the trees, I was really impressed with how they cleaned up and put things back that they had to move for access. Raked up more mess than they made, blew off the rest of the yard, watered down the trees and surrounding areas. Just really great work from start to finish. Sincere thanks for a great experience!
