They were first to provide a quote, on Sunday, and explained the process and what was covered in their price. Their price was competitive. This was a large Italian Stone Pine, 50 feet, and they took it down, ground up the stump and roots and cleaned up in one day. No complaints from my neighbors and no damage. Jaime (sp) provided tremendous customer service through the process and made sure that we were happy with everything before they packed up and left. We are very happy with Discount Tree and would use them again.

The tree is cut down, but waiting for stump removal. Also,, reated damage to the area where the tree grew

Got three bids, theirs was the best by a lot. They showed up on time, were amazingly polite and informative and were able to add more work to the job while onsite. Super cooperative and accommodating..

they cut the trees well,mostly as expected,but they left a large mess.for me and my normal gardener to clean up. i call more than once for them to come and finish the job, each time I only got their v/m. I paid extra, for extra trees to be done and again they left branches,leaves and other parts of the trees on the ground (i took pictures for proof).if ur going to hire them watch the clean up work VERY CAREFULLY!!! ,and no responce to my issue. Other then that everything was fine,and speedy. id suggest try some one else frist, or at least go over clean up with a fine tooth comb. in fairness to them they were extremely fast,and all trees were done as promised, and cutting was done in a way that looked pleasing from the street. But for me serve is half the job, and that was pretty bad as if once they got the money, you were forgotten. In short cutting great, clean up so so,and service responds to issues, non Extsentant.an i do have pictures of everything. I'm just being as fair and honest as possible with this service. the bad,and also the good. Thank you

They showed up on time, six men, big truck and tree grinder and got right to work. All the trimming and shaping was done professionally and satisfactorily. Clean up wasn't up to my standard so I called and they came back and corrected this. I'll use them again.
