Very disappointing! The owner called me, came by my house within 30 minutes to give me an estimate but was not professional. I needed several things done and he wrote nothing down and didn't give me anything in writing. His son showed up with a chain saw and pick axe. I had to provide the ladder. He had no shovel or nothing. Clean up was absolutely horrible. His son gave me a different quote then his dad gave me then told me he wasn't going to do certain things. I did not get what I wanted, probably because it was never written down.

Came the day scheduled but came 2 hours earlier I was not at my mothers home only my sister who lives with her. SheÂ’s not knowledgeable on trees I wanted out. Because I was not there 3 trees were not removed and 1 palm tree not thinned out. So I had to call them back out again. Other than that did a good job. Make sure all trees are written on contract or invoice you want removed or trimmed back. Nice and courteous.

Excellent job done on trimming our tree in the backyard. They did the best clean up job compared to any other previous companies,we have used in the past. Abel, was honest and the price was right.

I had a large palm tree to remove (approximately 80'-90' tall). Abel quoted a very fair price. His crew worked fast and efficiently. Very professional! They were careful not to cause damge to the house or nearby power lines. They also cleaned the debris from the roof amd hauled away the tree. I would not only recommend Discount Tree Care Arborist, Inc. but I would use them again if the need arises!

The owner and crew were all very polite and thorough! My yard looks great! They removed three stubborn stumps, a small palm tree, and cleaned out my side yard that had gotten weedy. They dug deep to remove, not just poison (like the other two places), the stumps so they would be gone forever. When done, the crew leader recommended spraying some weed control spray so the side yard doesn't get so overgrown too soon. Fair price for hard workers! They even hauled away all of the debris, cleaned up the concrete, covered in yard waste, and fished leaves out of the pool with the skimmer!

The crew showed up promptly and removed 3 trees in less than 2 hours. They did a fantastic job! They were through and neat, I would definitely recommend them.
