I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to properly trim my overgrown avocado tree. The owner was knowledgeable and extremely prompt in giving a fair estimate. The workers did a fine job.

Abel, the owner, came out within four hours of my calling to set up an appointment to give me a very fair written quote for my project. I received a few quotes, even from my own gardener, and his was the best and I sensed he knew what he was doing. His team was efficient and when I suggested some ideas on how to grind the stumps in a very small area, they conferred with Abel by phone and got the job done completely. The only reason I didn t give all five stars is when I wrote the check after the job was completed to give to the project manager, he told me that Abel told him my project was $200 more than my written quote. I showed him my written quote from Abel and he called him to discuss the quote and then accepted my check. I feel the project cost communication should ve been handled in advance so the client doesn t feel confused and upset with last minute cost variances. That being said, I would hire them again for any project but I would make sure that Abel has a hard copy of my quote in order to communicate better with his project managers so that wouldn t happen again.
