    Within an hour Abel called to setup an appointment. He had a crew out within a few days. Everyone was so polite, and they did an excellent job.

    A number of men showed up, most of whom sat in lawn chairs. I was not home during most of this "service." They chopped off limbs of pine trees but not to the trunks, leaving long stumps to become infected. They used sharply studded shoes to climb the trees, bringing no lift equipment or even ladders. They failed to shorten limbs and leave living growth, as is necessary for a pine limb to survive, and according to our directions. They broke and smashed fruit trees, very mature shrubbery, and succulents. They left our backyard destroyed, the trees subject to infection and death. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage and ruined our yard. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!
