I Was Looking On Instagram and I Seen An Ad For Tree Removal Service. So I Clicked On It and Answered A Couple of Questions. Within 30 Minutes Francisco Was Knocking On My Door, We Went To The Backyard and Showed Him What We Wanted Done, He Gave Us A Good Price, Told Me He Can Have It Done Within 2 Hour’s, I Was Going To Wait About A Week Because We Were Getting Ready For A Family Get Together @2pm. So They Were There By 8am and Done @10am With Everything Cleaned Up Like We Didn’t Have 2 Queen Palm Trees There !!! We Are Very Satisfied With The Work With Discount Tree Care Arborists, Inc.

Response was almost immediate. Richard stopped by the house and offered quote. He was very friendly and professional. The crew became available the same day. The crew came and completed the work pretty quickly ?probably one-hour of work. I wish Richard had been on site to directly communicate what he and I discussed with the crew. My understanding was that it would have a symmetrical look in the end. He did relay information over the phone to the crew. However, the tree looks a little asymmetrical. I brought it up to the crew and he said they couldn?t cut more. Clean-up was ok. Not as clean as I would have expected. However, I do have to share that it began to rain while they were working so maybe that impacted the end-result.

Abel left a message on my phone in the morning, called him back, he drove by to look at job for two tree removal’s, called back with quote, told him yes, trees were gone before I got back home in less than an hour…. Now that’s service!

He gave me a quote of $250 to do the three trees I had in mind. I thought it was a little high, but decided to go ahead and do it because he could do it that day. I wrote him a check for $250 and they altered my check and it cleared the bank at $550. Needless to say I was very upset.

Abel called right away and before I could return his call he was at my front door. I asked him to give me an estimate on trimming my avocado and lemon tree his quote was $150 less than my gardener quoted me so I hired him. He completed the job on the same day and he did a beautiful job, hauled away all the debris and cleaned up the yard. I highly recommend them and I intend on using them again. PS: I intended to give them 5 stars but for some reason it came up 4.5 and it wouldnâ  t let me correct it.
