DaBella is going to do a full roof replacement for us. Ryan L. and Brandon S. came out to give us a quote and were very knowledgeable about the full process and materials that would be used. Jaylia has been a joy to work with. Genuine and good at her job, she balances warmth and accessibility, with efficiency and knowledge. When she came into our home to assess our windows and give an estimate, she was understanding about our chaotic household - working beautifully with our rambunctious dogs, and kindly engaged our daughter throughout the process. We had a lot of challenging work that needed to be done on our windows (our home is 1920â s, with original windows), and a tight budget. She applied creativity to help us formulate a contract that met the needs of the home, and rescued our renovation budget. We are so excited to be getting new windows in our home, and Jaylia is the reason we feel confident in working with DaBella on this project.

The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. They were able to help me find the financing that fit my project, and my budget. They have continued to stay in touch through each step as we we near construction day. Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. We decided to replace the roof, so Dustin took us through the whole process of what, when, how much, and did it with a smile! Troy was there to keep Dustin in line and make sure he got it right. Both men were pleasant to work with, and fun to talk to. They seemed to know their business, and as I have been in construction most of my life, I was happy.

DaBella Ext. representatives Troy and Dustin scheduled an appointment to talk about roofing our house. First, they were on time. Both were highly informative, not pushy and answered all our questions. We were impressed by their knowledge, thoroughness and demeanor. Both are very personable and knowledgeable, and it was refreshing to work with them. They were respective of our house, taking off their shoes to not track in dirt.
