I would NEVER recommend this company. As a matter of fact I am surprised they are still on Home Advisors pro list. They didn't show up for the initial appointment which caused my husband to miss work then the salesman lied, the workers damaged our home and skylights then wanted us to pay an additional 2400 dollars to fix it. A manager came out and did what managers are supposed to do, calm the customer down and it served it's purpose until I realized the repairs they had done had left the rot behind. They never fixed skylights or even offered to reimburse us for our siding, their proposal was to just "put a piece of plywood over the hole". We continuously get the run around. We have had nothing but problems with this company We began our project on May 17th and it is now June 20th and my project STILL isn't done.

Mateo and Erik are very knowledgeable and personable; they thoroughly explained all of the aspects, parts and stages of the process so that we were clear on how to proceed.

Geoff Buckendorf showed up on time and in a professional manor. Then went up on the roof for inspection needed plywood and shingles. Then inspected the attic for leaks and water damage, mold and dry rot taking pictures for me to see. Geoff Buckendorf, then did an excellent presentation about the product of shingles, the valve for the money and warranty. Geoff Buckendorf left no unanswered questions and made it so easy . The meeting with Colin & Jay was professional and thorough. We learned things about roofing that we did not know. It took over an hour because we asked many questions, but considering the importance of making a major improvement to our house, it was worth it. The GAF system uses better quality underlayment products ( not felt paper) and also the project included re-doing the attic air venting. and that was a factor in us making a decision to hire them. The GAF 50 year guarantee is a good house selling point because it is transferrable to the new owners. The full coverage for 50 years was better than the 30 year guarantee that other roofing systems offer, because the 30 yr reduces the amount it will cover after 10 years. ........The work was completed in two days, the contractor communicated with us about the house loading date & time and the work start. Everything was cleaned up both days. We love the new style and the color of our new roof shingle. So, if better quality is important to you, REVE Exteriors is a company you should talk to for roofing. Installation crew did good job, considering weather. Communication from head office (scheduler/coordinator) was lacking. Phone calls were not promptly returned and consideration to keep customer informed seemed lacking.

Beautiful roof! The work and materials were excellent. Clean up was immaculate. One small miscommunication, but once we connected with the right person, it was taken care of to our satisfaction.

Very happy with company and the results.

Scott Harris is a real pro!!! We are dealing with a forced remodel that has been chaotic and we've been in a time crunch. Scott has been one of the few contractors that has been timely in responding to our questions and concerns. He's also well informed and has shown sensitivity to our situation.
