Eddie came out to look at our roof for possibility of replacement. After his inspection he gave us the good news. We only need a cleaning. What a great feeling knowing that a company is truly putting their customers first. Eddie went above and beyond to explain and talk us through information. He didn't have any expectations of us purchasing, but still gave his time to make sure we were happy. What a great guy. Da Bella is lucky to have him. Highly recommend Eddie!

Work was done in a very professional style or manner crew cleaned up and left the yard in top condition.

These people are very slick in their sales techniques. I actually paid a considerable amount more to do my roof with this company because of their supposed high ratings as a roof installer with GAF, the manufacturer. What I didn't realize was that days after signing the contract, I was contacted by a third party who actually was hired by Reve to do the work. While I feel that the work itself was adequate, I felt very much duped by Reve for claiming that their company was the only one in Idaho rated highly by GAF. I had two lower estimated, but chose them because of their slick sales approach. Beware!

Overall great experience! They installed 27 windows in under two days! A few nails left over and a few smudges, but nothing too extreme. Can notice the difference (positive) already from our former aluminum windows, especially how our house doesn't heat up on these hot days!

We are completely satisfied with the product, the customer service and the length of time it took to complete.

Everyone we worked with was friendly and our roof was done in 3 days. It looks great, happy we selected DaBella.

DaBella did a great job. My new roof and gutters are beautiful. Roofing crew was very diligent about protecting my dad's memorial tree in the front yard. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is that I wasn't told when the gutter installers were coming and they left long, bent, gutter nails and gutter trimmings in my yard that I found with my lawnmower blade. Overall, though, this is a great company to work with. The GAF roofing system is amazing and my roof doesn't look like any other roof in my neighborhood. The special air circulation areas are very different from what many roofers do, and I get a lot of comments about them. The roofing crew was very accommodating and patiently answered my questions and concerns as they progressed through the project. They ripped off 3 layers of roofing and replaced more than half of the sheathing in one day and installed the new roof in 1 day. 2 days for a new roof is amazing. Being a first-time homeowner and this being my first major renovation on my 1978-built home, it was a lot more expensive than I ever dreamed a new roof/gutters would cost. I'm not saying they were overpriced, but that I had a bit of sticker-shock after the quote. Even so, I had a very old, sad, 3-layer roof, 2 active leaks in the attic, and absolutely worthless banged-up gutters. Sierra M was great and was the only roofing contractor to inspect my attic and took pictures of everything she found on the roof and in the attic space. She explained What was wrong with the old roof and gutters and why things needed to be done. DaBella was the only roofing company who did an inspection and took pictures. I'll definitely have them back to replace the windows a little farther down the road. :)

miss represented by entire process. work done in repairs. time. financing, No contractor. No work order in place. All was not done as presented. Many issues with all. Hope the roof put on was the one we talked about for 4 hours???

Roofing project almost complete and siding hasn't started yet but, so far, excellent customer service, timeliness, thorough clean-up after each day and completed sections look great.

The actual installers were great! Worked very hard and cleaned up as they went. They kept checking in and showing my husband areas of repair and why. Salesperson was good, however, needs to explain that it is a roofing "package" that you are purchasing. Scheduler, not good. We were to get 1 to 2 day notice of material delivery and actual roofing installation; both instances the scheduler called letting us know that material would be delivered "today"; they were already on sight at 7:30 am. Next were the installers, call telling us that they would be here "today"; they were already here at 7:40 am.
