Expensive but good work. Long time between order and installation.
hard sale to start with. They subcontract the work which I did not know. The roof looks good but cutting my fascia boards was horrible cutting and the flashing work to siding was not good as my siding was cut back a lot. work was done by yiri roofing
They left opening for rain to pour into wall of my garage. Had to fight with them to get it repaired and remove the mold. I would never recommend them to anyone. It was a nightmare. Finally got it fixed. They also announced after removing roof that the plywood was bad. This was after being told that by man doing bid that the plywood was fine. This cost us an addition $5,000. for plywood to be installed. You tell me what they call this. It was one of the worst experiences we have had with any kind of project.
Although the replacement process of my roof has not been started yet I wanted to thank Asher King and Stephen Baxter, sales associates from DeBalla Exterior for taking the time to thoroughly inspect, measure, and explain to me the problems I currently have with the existing roof (complicated roof line with lots of valleys) along with the thorough replacement process, materials that DeBella Exterior use. Can't wait to see the finished product
Nice guy, Quality of the product. Medium
Our salesperson, Nicole, was excellent! She answered all our questions, and got us the best deal available. She followed up on the progress of our job, and stopped in to checkout the end product. Really superior customer service by Nicole! The installation crew showed up when they said they would and completed our entire job in less than 16 hours, over two days. Unlike some installers, they didn't leave us exposed with a partial roof in between days, we were always covered. They performed a very good cleanup and were accommodating to our specific preferences for the installation. I would recommend Reve to anyone looking for an excellent roofing installation experience!
The sales guys have You write a review before the work is even completed to get an additional discount. So at first my initial response was a five star, because the sales part went quite well (I thought). I was having them redo my gutters even though that was not originally what I had them come out to give me an estimate for. My old ones were Working fine they just definitely needed new paint. Need to paint the gutters and call it good , but By having a professional company do my gutters, it would be a better idea since it is exterior and I wanted to MAKE SURE the job got done correctly. They installed the gutters without me there. They broke my motion sensor light bulbs which they did not mention or offer to pay for. The gutters do not do what they are supposed to because they must have left a gap between the house and the gutter because the rain falls through behind the gutters . When I contacted their company to fix this they said it would be an additional $750 and they would require that I sign a release of liability on my roof. I stated I would not have done this project at all and it did not really even need to be done(my old gutters were working fine), but the sales guys assured me that they do a really good job and they are custom fit to the house to avoid leakage even without a drip edge or flashing . I refuse to pay the extra $750 so they offered to do it for FREE but still they are requiring that I sign a release of liability in order to complete the work. I contacted a lawyer and found this is an illegal practice so I will not be signing and this experience has been a nightmare! I'm hoping they will fix the problem like they promised me several times they would. I just can't sign "Release of liability" already shown they cannot be trusted.
It's not a quick inspection. They take their time to make sure they do it right the first time.
I felt I was dealing with a car salesman when discussing price. The price was a moving target. The salesman adjusted it a few times and then called his manager. I do feel we ended with a fair price. If you use Reve (and that would OK) get their bid LAST because of the pressure to sign today for the best price. I THINK the roof is great. Ask me in a few years. The gutter people did 90% of the job. It is not the workers fault. The salesman did not estimate enough for the downspouts & gutters. I am sure the work will be completed but I have to call every other day and two weeks later the work is not yet completed. Customer service is very nice ... but doesn't call back after he says he will.
