I was very impressed by how fast they removed our old shower and tub! They said it would take 2 days and they were finished in 2 days! Our house was built in 1959 and this is the first inside big remodel we've done. We are very happy!!! Mary E.

We hired them October 16th, 2017. Today is January 7th, 2018 To date NO WORK has been done. I have asked for a refund of my deposit. The only time I have heard from them is after an email asking what is going on.

The installer was super fast, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. HeÂ’s the 7th subcontractor IÂ’ve had over in the last 4 months for various other projects and by far the best. His work is impeccable!

Reve was wonderful to work with! Kent Shannon took amazing care of us and our property. Every wrench that was thrown into the experience was handled graciously and professionally. Every question was answered quickly and gave us comfort in the amount of knowledge provided. We highly recommend this company and Kent especially!!

Pay close attention to what they install - it may not be what you ordered. My spouse and I had to hire an attorney to assist in sorting out the poor work quality and cheaper product being installed versus the higher quality one we had ordered.

Install is still a couple months out. Sales demo was very informative. Jennifer was most accommodating when our appt was interrupted due to emergent need to leave on our part. She came back 2 hours later and finished the process. Looking forward to upgrading 66 year old windows

Arron and Bill were tireless in their arriving to work everyday and getting right to the project. They were pretty much all business unless I asked a question and then they would take the time to answer me and fill me in on what I needed to know. Very nice people. They had very cold days to work in and they just kept at it until it was done and always with our comfort in mind. Great representatives of both the window sellers-Reve and the window producers -AllSides. Beautiful, gorgeous windows. I'm very pleased. Expensive but far above the common windows bought at Home Depots and such, thus making the extra money spent well worth it. They will last forever and they have the warranty to back that up.

Great experience, very refreshing working with a company that actually does what is expected in Portland as it seems very hard to find. From the supplier dropping off the materials to the crew doing the work, very professional and great workmanship.
