They lied about delivery of the product
It took 4 weeks before they could come out, but it was worth the time. They were well organized, professional, and worked very hard. They had repair work to do on the roof and finished in two days.
Work crews tearing off and installing were timely, efficient, courteous, and a did very workmanlike job. I am fully satisfied with the job.
We can now go into the Fall and Winter with peace of mind, knowing that a quality roof is over our heads! The group that performed the tear-off and installation were professional, polite, and very diligent. Their flexibility allowed for several roof-related minor repairs to be performed. Not every contractor out there is willing to go that extra mile. We would definitely recommend checking out DaBella for your roofing needs!

Work was great, and the work area was kept cleaner than expected, and the new roof looks wonderful, so we'd do it again. Our only problem was a lack of communication, even simple things like the work crew telling us when they got here, when they were leaving for the day, or when they'd be back. We also heard nothing from the DaBella after we signed the contract until we called them to find out when the project would begin. As I said, we would sign with DaBella again, and recommend them to a friend if asked, but the communication could use some work.
The end result was great. The path to get there was not. It was a very high pressure sales experience. The salesman spent 3 hours inside my home. After multiple attempts to tell him I wanted more estimates, I caved and bought the product. It was very expensive and more than was necessary for my home, but it looks great. I expected a follow up call to ask how the work went, but that hasn't happened either.
I'm currently in the process of trying to get a finance so they can get started on the Roofing, their fore I cannot comment on their work or the job. how ever they seem to be professional. thanks for turning me on to their company.
