This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.

Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.

Found Reve Exteriors on Home Advisor's website. They were quick to get someone out to give us an estimate. Explained what the product was and what installation involved very well. Once the weather cooperated they did the job in one day. The roof looks fantastic, Best looking and best roof in the neighborhood.

Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.

After our roof started to leak we did some research on roofers. We found Reve Exteriors and they contacted us quickly to setup an appointment. Aaron Lammey came by and gave us a comprehensive presentation on the Reve Exteriors Company, their products and warrantee. Aaron was polite and thorough as he showed us several options and pricing. He left information for us to review and a few hours later we decided to go with Reve Exteriors. The work has not been scheduled yet but we are looking forward to a job well done. Ratings are based on the presentation.

What initially we thought was a great company has now turned into a nightmare. I was willing to overlook the fact that they left a mess behind when they were done but they incorrectly installed the roofing around our skylight wrong which led to a leak and interior damage. Their "fix" was to slop on some black tarry looking substance very sloppily and have refused to acknowledge that anything needs to be done about the interior damage the leak caused. The battle continues...
