I was impressed with the amount of time they spent explaining everything, the thoroughness of the investigation, and the booklet they left behind. Also, they offered financing....without that , I wouldn't have been able to afford it. The quality of the roof is top-notch!

Since the roof of my home is nearly 30 years old, I scheduled an appointment with Reve Exteriors for a consultation and a quote. Kent Shannon and Jana Ganskow came over to my home, we inspected my roof and they explained, in great detail, Reve Exteriors' company history, their commitment to quality, provided numerous references and a thorough explanation of all the products that would be installed upon my roof. In the end, they provided a quote, complete with an option to finance through them, that didn't break my budget.

RIght from the first meeting with Brian Patterson I was impressed. HE was very personable and professional. TOok the time to explain everything in detail and educate us on the roofing system. We were informed as to what to expect and that is exactly what happened within 2 weeks we had our beautiful new roof. The workers were very friendly and did a remarkable job. They were in and out in 2 days. They cleaned up everything before they left. We were very please with the whole process. Brian phoned to follow up to make sure we were happy.

Here is my review for the service we got yesterday from Nicole. She sold the Reve ‘deal’ to us by her personality and knowledge of the product. We had four other contractors give us a bid and she was the most concise and informative of any of them. None of them described the quality of the products that they would use or the purpose of each one. They did not talk about any guarantee at all. We had been sure of our choice before she talked to us about their roofing plan but changed our minds after she gave us her discounts and estimate for the total job. None of the other contractors would do the gutters but we got them to also be included in our bid so it was no more than some of the other bids. I am so excited to be able to get our new roof done quickly. Plus, I love, love, the color of the roof that we chose. It should definitely improve the look of our house.
