DaBella - Minneapolis (Windows)

Just signed last night. The bids were comparable to other high level contractors. I really would have preferred to sleep on the offer for a day or two, especially since we have another higher priority repair looming. If you are considering DaBella make sure you get your other quotes first, as they want answer on the spot and prices change drastically after the initial visit. I will update my review throughout the process.

Salesman Monty was a great guy and took his time to talk with us. Salesman Steve is NOT welcomed at our home he is rude and very pushy trying to get us to sign up for work to be done on our home

they did very good job on the siding. there was a spot where the sewer line came out from my house and the workman did not replace the concrete blocks right and I have to go under the house and fix it now.

From the beginning to the end of the project we were very happy with Reve. Their sales consultants Paul & Wyatt were very knowledgeable, informative & friendly. We had originally called reference a leak but after they did a complete & thorough inspection found the whole roof needed to be replaced. After hearing our options, that were explained very well by Paul, we decided on Reve on the spot. In less than a week we had the materials delivered & the roof was completed in one day. The installation crew was fast & did a great job cleaning up around the house. Only a minor amount of debris was left after the dumpster was removed. The supervisor who came out to check on the job was a thorough as the rest of the Reve personnel. He spent quite a bit of time checking the roof & made some minor repairs on some little things that had been missed. Overall we are very happy with Reve & would recommend them to anyone.

Professional presentation by Sam Axelrod and Scott Jackman. Informative and helped to make my decision. I feel like I will be getting the "Cadillac" of roofs. Work has not been done as yet so I cannot comment on that. A very large decision for me but feel that once the new roof is complete I should not have to work about it again.

I think the price was high and their meeting for an estimate was very long.

Mr.LaBar and Mr. Lammey were very professional and very knowledgeable about both product and company information. Product is far superior than the competition provided a for.

Today is our estimate for a roofing replacement. After talking at length with the sales person John Chappell, we decided to sign a contract! John is the consummate professional. He spent the time other estimators didn't. He explained the entire process and showed us samples of the products to be used and to bring our roof up to code after severe wind damage. We were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to answer our questions and concerns. Reve is not the highest nor the lowest estimate we've received for our project but it was Johns personality and his loyalty to the Reve Company and the GAF Timberline products that sold us on REVE. REVE comes highly recommended by this family/homeowners. Dan/DeeAnn B

My wife and I met with Jacob and Dave on 1/12/2017. The experience was very comfortable and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed reviewing our options on the shower replacement, and both of them were very professional in their conduct. My wife is usually very skeptical of salespeople or estimators, but she and I both found Jacob and Dave to be very engaging and compassionate. And they truly have a passion about customer service! Our work is not yet completed, but we are very confident that it will turn out as well as they explained to us that it would, step-by-step. There was no lack of detail, and no sales pressure; in fact, we negotiated the agreement for service on the first day! We would highly recommend this company and the quality of product and personnel. Keegan and Cole came to my home to give me an estimate. They were on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. They climbed up on the roof took pictures, looked in the attic. They showed me pictures of the roof problems and patiently went over all the steps that were needed to replace the roof. They took there time explaining the roofing options and financing options. I ended up hiring them and will be getting a new roof in 3 to 5 weeks.
