This review is for the sales process only, the roof is to be installed early next month. Salesman (John Chappell) was on time and friendly. Was ready and willing to jump up on the roof and into the attic to determine the current roof state. Gave us a clear and honest assessment and patiently took his time going over all roofing options and financing options with us. He ended up spending hours with us as we contemplated our decision and never lost patience with us. Looking forward to our beautiful new roof!

Reve Exteriors provided an excellent roofing experience from start to finish. Sales Representative Nicole Lyle was thorough, friendly, dedicated, and skilled in her work. Nicole helped us to understand our re-roofing needs and our options, and she assisted us in deciding the best mix of materials to get the style and kind of roof we wanted. We decided to replace our old roof with 3/4 inch plywood boards covered by Tiger Paw Deck Protection, and then covered by GAF Timberline American Harvest Lifetime Shingles in Saddlewood Ranch tone, with Stain Guard Algae Discoloration Protection. In addition, a complete drip edge was installed along the whole perimeter of roof lines. We also arranged for installation of valley metal, new flashing around the chimney and skylights, and Weather Watch mineral surface leak barrier on valleys, around skylights, chimneys, and all penetrations, and Pro Start starter strip along the perimeter of the roof lines. Finally, we arranged for installation of cap ridges and hips with Ridglass Cap Shingles, as well as a new Ridge Vent system to promote attic air circulation. The initial meeting with Nicole was on 12/10/16. We met with three other companies, and this helped us to determine that Reve would be best for us and our home. We finalized and signed the contract with Nicole on 12/23/16. All roofing materials were delivered on 1/4/17 by a careful and hard-working crew lead by Sean. Work began on Sat. 1/7/17 and is being completed today, Tuesday 1/10/17. Juan Diaz Alvarez, the Project Foreman, and his co-workers Benito, Jose, Cesar, , Jonathan, Eric, and Miguel are friendly, professional, focused, determined, and very hard-working. They persist with great energy and effort, even in the face of cold early January weather and intermittent rain on several days. You could tell that they enjoy their work, and that they work well together. The new roof looks wonderful, and, with proper care, should last for many years. Reve has the right formula, the right materials, and the right people for doing a great job building a superior roof and roofing system, on time, and within a fair budget. Reve representatives John Chappell and Joel Satterwaite did a thorough job of inspecting my roof and recommending appropriate corrective action. Reve replaced my roof, removed an unwanted roof antenna and replaced a kitchen skylight. The work began at 10 AM and was completed at 6 PM on December 30. All large pieces of construction debris were removed after completion of the work. The work looks good to me. I am awaiting the promised review by a Reve representative of the subcontractor's work and a promised referral to another contractor for the repair of the roof over my back deck. A dumpster to collect construction debris was deposited on my driveway, after prior notification, on December 28. It was initially placed where it would prevent my car from moving in and out of the garage. After I talked to the delivery driver, it was moved where it no longer blocked my car. It was removed from my driveway on January 4, at my request.

Although they touted "factory trained installers", they spoke less English than the guys in front of home depot... they did a pretty good job overall, the workmanship was just fine.

Very personable and complete presentation. They took their time to really educate us about roofing. I would highly recommend this company.

The salesman, Joel Satlerwhite, was very knowledgeable and helpful with me in making my decision to hire this company for the roofing project that I wanted. He answered all my questions. I am looking forward to seeing my new roof.
