DaBella - Minneapolis (Windows)

We were very impressed with Scott Harris and Brandon at Reve Exteriors right from the get go when they came out to our home. They were very informative and professional, they showed us samples of the windows we were purchasing to look at and feel prior to ordering. I would definitely refer anyone that I know is looking to have BEAUTIFUL new windows put in to them. Their Customer Service is very good. Purchasing these windows was the best improvement we did to our home. The installer was very kind and did an amazing job as well.

The installers did a very good job. They were efficient and skilled and cleaned up well afterwards. A change order, however, required that the job cost much more than the original estimate and put it way beyond my budget.

Their Sales Representatives were Extremely Helpful in securing Financing for the Siding Product

Brain and Jay did a great presentation. They showed the products to me and spoke to me in language that I understand. They both had knowledge of the products and took a lot of time explaining things to me. When I explained that I was a single mother with only one income, Jay really tried to do everything possible to help get it into the price and monthly payments I could afford. Thank you very much. This review is on the sales experience with Asher King and Monty Pederson. Asher is new and the lead sales person did not show up. He hit all the high-lights but was a bit disorganized because he did not expect to be the lead salesman. He did show me why I need a new roof and why their company is the right one to do the job. Monty came in at the end to lend support to Asher and helped with the paperwork to schedule the work. Monty was very organized and had the experience to complete the sales meeting quickly and efficiently. Both men were very polite and good to work with. Give Asher some more time and experience and he will be good to go. I'm looking forward to getting the roof replaced.

I haven't had the work done yet, but Josh from DaBella Exteriors has been great to work with. He was great on the day he came over for the bid, explained everything thoroughly, had answers for all of my questions, but more than that, since then he has put up with my unrelenting OCD in making sure I chose the right color! Excited to move forward with the installation.

Jordan arrived at our home in January of 2016 more than prepared to sell us a roof. He has thorough knowledge of everything about the products DeBella sells and also about the company, it's history and how DeBella stands behind all that they sell. The roof was on the house in 2 days during February of 2016. It looks outstanding and the work was done flawlessly. I couldn't be more impressed with this experience. It's a significant purchase and one that should alleviate concerns about the integrity of the home. DeBella performed beyond my expectations! Thank you Jordan and thank you DaBella!!!!
