"Can't say enough about the owner, Bob Cunliffe, the owner. He inspected, quoted, my job (no high pressure salesmen) and supervised the crew., total hands on. He's got 40+ years experience and provided the best cost effective solution for my chronic basement water problem . I interviewed 3 other companies and it was no contest. I was most impressed with his comprehensive approach, integrating new french drains with new outside gutters, concrete walkway, and landscaping. He managed all the contractors and took total responsibility for my project. Bob was very professional and working with him was easy and comfortable. "From the start of our journey with Rome Bath to the end results was amazing! Last year we went to the showroom and was assisted by Karen. She explained to us about the different products and how they differed from other companies products. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! Then this year we decided to have a walk-in shower installed in our upstairs bathroom. Joe came to our house and went over everything with us. He was so helpful and was not pushy like other sales people normally are. We greatly appreciated that. He was also so helpful with helping us decide what would be best for us! "Shower Replacement is not really accurate. This is more like complete bathroom replacement with shower gut to studs and black mold remediation. Pipe, toilet and tile replacement as well. Removal of ancient cast iron pipes in walls and in basement. Big job. I was a little leery of hiring via the internet however, Josh Simpson from SolutionBased is quite the find. I hired him for multiple large jobs, several of which are still in process. One is complete. Josh is extremely knowledgeable; his explanations are thorough. If you contract with him, he takes EXTREME care to protect your home. He moves all furniture but goes much further. For a large job like mine, he completely covered my floors to prevent damage and covered all furniture that was not moved with plastic. He built an in-house tent with zippers for my husband and I (who had to move to a third floor bedroom) to access our laundry and closets in the master bedroom. Everything is totally protected as best as is humanly possible. Josh is responsive to all calls and texts, he makes solid plans, discusses any needed changes and delivers detailed contracts. He is personable and his team members are respectful and careful. He works smoothly with my designer and he serves as an excellent general contractor for the entire project. Finally, Josh is terrific in dealing with insurance companies. When the job is complete, I will add more detail to this review and give the company a final rating."

"Pat was prompt, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issues with our kitchen sink and toilet. He fixed the problems same day and charged a fair price for his work. While turning the water back on in our mechanical closet he noticed obvious corrosion and leaking from our water heater. Grateful he saw it as it would likely have been a disaster down the road. He was back later in the week and replaced the leaking water heater. Would absolutely hire Pat again."
