Reviews
Write a ReviewPatrick did a very fine job ! Took care in protecting all of his work areas. Frankly he worried about the smallest of detail and made it right. And I'm the fussy one? See you again Patrick !!
Installed on 5/8/23 . No problems . Live in Pennsylvania where the heater is only needed about 2 months per year. September of this year heater would ignite 3-5 minutes then shut off and instrument panel would read fault high limit. Called ( Pat) the installer, he told me to call Jandy. They provided me with a real professional who informed me my heater wasn t installed with a back flow valve which is required, it keeps the chlorinated water from flowing back into the heater when the pump is off. He informed me all the internal parts are unreparable and I need a new unit. Heaters should last 8-10 years
I do not accept the conclusion of the other pro. I was not contacted to discuss this conclusion at the time, and I have no idea what the other pro's conclusion was based on. Mr. O'Neill's unit was installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, which were open and in plain sight while Mr. O'Neill was present and observing me doing the work. The unit functioned properly when it was installed. I will need to be provided with a copy of this pro's report indicating why he made this conclusion, along with any photos that might illustrate what was allegedly done wrong.
Right on time and very professional
Super personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The turn around time was amazing as well. Will definitely use him for more projects in the future.
CAME IN, WORKED FAST AND CLEAN, AND WAS FINISHED IN UNDER 20 MINUTES.
Very good about explaining the repair process and answering my questions. I wonâ t hesitate to call or recommend Patrick J. Linskey for plumbing services.
Pat was prompt, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issues with our kitchen sink and toilet. He fixed the problems same day and charged a fair price for his work. While turning the water back on in our mechanical closet he noticed obvious corrosion and leaking from our water heater. Grateful he saw it as it would likely have been a disaster down the road. He was back later in the week and replaced the leaking water heater. Would absolutely hire Pat again.
Pat was great. The work area was well protected, he was fast and had the job done in less than 10 minutes. He showed me the problem and addressed how to correct it, and had the whole fireplace put back together and up and running in less than 20 minutes. I was quoted a price of over $325 for someone to come out and see what was wrong, and they expected us to wait for over a month before they would come out. Pat will be my go to person for any problem I have in the future with any of my mechanical problems.
Professional and friendly. Gas line extension project turned out well.
Excellent work, great service.
