Wow, blown away by the work Jeff and Water Heaters in a Hurry did. I am stunned by the professionalism, honesty and transparency, the depth of their skill and knowledge, and the downright far more than reasonable charge for their service. I had a tankless water heater replaced. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and WHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? As soon as I was in contact with Jeff, a huge weight came off my shoulders because I knew I was now in the right hands. Empathic, knowledgeable, patient and transparent... and fast! When they installed, they identified and rectified many mistakes made by the person who installed the last one 5 years ago. They thoroughly checked the work when done, even safety checks. The labor cost was half the high end of others. HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me.

After a rough night with buckets and the shop vac in my basement when my water heater died, Jeff was a light in the dark that I needed. I found him through Angi and after getting a great quote from him, he was able to get a new water heater in for me that day. He called before he arrived and gave me an ETA, was punctual, polite, and professional. His workmanship is clearly of a high quality that comes from years of experience. Jeff explained everything without jargon or condescension and answered all my questions with thorough answers. He advised some more work that our water line needs to prolong the life of our new water heater and I will definitely be calling him in for that work as well. I have already recommended Water Heaters in a Hurry to family who are new to the area just in case they need any plumbing work. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

This was my second time hiring Jeffrey Ganter, for a different house. Again my experience could not have been better! He is responsive, punctual, and EXPERT. And his price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Water Heaters in a Hurry.

So pleasantly surprised. Live in a condo, so he jumped through the hoops, installed it perfectly. Answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to hire him again. I wish he did other things cause this is how all contractors should be.

Professional and reasonable. He was right on time and completed it all. There were some add-ons that I wasn't expecting - but they were warranted. Just would have liked that included in the overall estimate. But I would hire him again in a second. Very responsive - which is more rare than you would think.
