From start to finish West Shore Home was amazing. From contacting me to schedule the consultation, selecting the ideal design, financing, installment, and follow-up. The design consultant Justin was on time, friendly, relatable and professional. He was also very thorough in explaining various options, comparisons to other companies, and understood my budget concerns. He even took extra time with me and contacted Jolen to get more assistance as needed. She was awesome as well. Although the projected time frame quoted for the installation was well after my mom's surgery, the call I received for the install to be done earlier was right on time (like I was picking up my mom from the hospital and got the call that the install would be the next day- perfect cause she would be home!). The installers Willie and Kordale came bright and early, professional, and ready to work. I appreciated the time and effort they put into ensuring I received a quality product even though they ran into a structural problem in my home. They explained to me the issue and figured out a work around that did not dimenish the integrity of the business or their work. I was so happy with the final product I could have cried. I definitely appreciate the hard work of Willie and Kordale, because they did not give up and everything was done in a timely matter. And the clean up once finish was amazing. When people come to visit now they don't even remember what the tub-shower looked like before. The work was done so perfect that it looked like my older home built in the 90s came with the West Shore Home shower. I'm definitely considering changing the other restrooms in my home and when I do I will be working with West Shore again. Great organization, excellent time management, and true total quality all around!"

"Noticed a small amount of water in my hot water heater pan last week and knew it could let go at any moment and flood the basement so I called K&M. They came out the next morning (could have come out that afternoon but I was not available), got to work, removed the old tank and put in the new tank in a quick and professional manner. They explained each step and made sure I understood what they were doing. When finished, they took the old tank, cleaned up and left the area better than they found it. Would highly recommend."

"We waited over two months before leaving our review of Abba & Mar Plumbing because we've had faux fixes before. Abba & Mar Plumbing finally fixed a months' long issue. They were the third master plumber to come out in addition to a handyman. We had water appearing on the shower floor and sometimes around the garden tub. The other two master plumbers both said the same thing, we needed a new shower door. The handyman actually cut a hole in the wall by the tub. Turns out, they were actually on to something. Long story short, Abba suggested cutting an access door in the side of the garden tub as he thought that's where the leak was coming from after going down into the crawlspace. We gave him permission to proceed. After cutting an opening through the tub, sure enough it was wet and we could see the leak. So, the pipe was replaced and a door added to the side of the tub. While in the crawlspace, Jose noticed another leak coming from the toilet in the master bath. Fixed it too."

Jose came out and was very professional and knowledgeable of what it would take to correct the issue I had. The price was reasonable and they had the best warranty out of all the other companies I received a quote from. It didn't take long to make a decision and once I did they were able to get to me the following week. The day of the appointment they arrived on time and went straight to work. Several hours later they were done and wanted me to check things to make sure I was satisfied. 2 days later it stormed really bad for hours and when I went in the basement there wasn't 1 drop of water at all. I couldn't be more happy with AK Waterproofing and I recommend them to anyone who has water issues with their home."
