The design consultant Justin was on time, friendly, relatable and professional. He was also very thorough in explaining various options, comparisons to other companies, and understood my budget concerns. He even took extra time with me and contacted Jolen to get more assistance as needed. She was awesome as well. Although the projected time frame quoted for the installation was well after my mom's surgery, the call I received for the install to be done earlier was right on time (like I was picking up my mom from the hospital and got the call that the install would be the next day- perfect cause she would be home!). The installers Willie and Kordale came bright and early, professional, and ready to work. I appreciated the time and effort they put into ensuring I received a quality product even though they ran into a structural problem in my home. They explained to me the issue and figured out a work around that did not dimenish the integrity of the business or their work. I was so happy with the final product I could have cried. I definitely appreciate the hard work of Willie and Kordale, because they did not give up and everything was done in a timely matter. And the clean up once finish was amazing. When people come to visit now they don't even remember what the tub-shower looked like before. The work was done so perfect that it looked like my older home built in the 90s came with the West Shore Home shower. I'm definitely considering changing the other restrooms in my home and when I do I will be working with West Shore again. Great organization, excellent time management, and true total quality all around!"
